72-Hour Guarantee Terms
The "CapsFast 72-Hour Guarantee" Terms
1. The "Start Clock" Rule The 72-hour production window begins only after we receive your final written approval of the digital embroidery proof. If a proof is sent on Friday afternoon and approved on Monday morning, the 72-hour window begins Monday morning.
2. Proofing Process Every new logo undergoes a professional digitizing process at our Peru, IL facility. We will email a digital mockup to the address provided at checkout. Production will not begin until you confirm the design, placement, and thread colors if needed.
3. Business Days Only "72 Hours" refers to three (3) standard business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders approved after 3:00 PM CST will be processed starting the following business day.
4. Shipping vs. Production The guarantee covers production time only (the time it takes us to stitch and pack your hats). Shipping transit times are determined by the carrier (UPS/USPS) and are not included in the 72-hour window.
5. Logo Quality If a submitted logo is low-resolution or requires extensive graphic repair, we will notify you immediately. This "Design Hold" pauses the 72-hour clock until a stitch-ready file is finalized.
