Shipping & Turnaround Policy

At CapsFast.com, we take the "Fast" part seriously. We’ve built our entire shop in Tonica, IL, to get professional custom gear into your hands while the other guys are still looking for your file.

The 72-Hour Production Guarantee

  • The Clock: We guarantee to have your order stitched and handed to the carrier (UPS or USPS) within 3 business days of artwork approval.

  • Starts at Approval: The clock doesn't start at the moment of purchase; it starts when you reply "APPROVED" to the digital proof we send to your email.

  • Business Days: Our machines run Monday through Friday. Orders approved on a Friday afternoon will hit the production floor on Monday morning.

Shipping Rates & Times

We ship all orders via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail from our Midwest hub.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 2–5 business days depending on your distance from Illinois.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the second your shipping label is printed.

Local Pickup (Peru, IL)

If you are local to the Illinois Valley, you can skip the shipping fees!

  • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

  • We will notify you via text or email as soon as your order is ready for pickup at our storefront: 514 5th Street, Peru, IL.

Order Accuracy & Address Changes

Because we move fast, we cannot always change a shipping address once production has started. Please double-check your shipping info at checkout! We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (weather, seasonal volume, etc.), but we will always help you track down a package if it goes rogue.
