Once you approve your digital proof, your order is sent immediately to our production floor in Tonica, IL. We guarantee your hats will be stitched and handed to the carrier within 3 business days.
The Rules of the Road:
- Starts at Approval: The clock starts the moment you green-light the design proof we send to your email.
- Business Days: We run our machines Monday–Friday. Orders approved on weekends start their 72-hour journey on Monday morning.
- Standard Shipping: Once they leave our hands, standard shipping times apply (though we always use the fastest ground routes from the Midwest).
