To hit our 72-hour guarantee, your design should follow these professional specs:
- Vector Files: Use the Upload YOUR LOGO to send .AI, .EPS, or .PDF files for the sharpest stitching.
- 3D Puff Rules: Best for bold shapes. Text must be at least 1/4" tall to work with foam.
- Thread: We use Madeira Polyneon. It’s bleach-resistant and high-sheen—built for Peru IL crews and lifestyle brands.
- Simplicity = Speed: Clean logos without tiny gradients allow us to hit that 3-day production window.
Note: If your logo needs cleaning, we will contact you immediately via email.

We don’t do "slow." While the other guys take 2-3 weeks, we move at the speed of your business.
The 72-Hour Clock:
Once you approve your digital proof, your order is sent immediately to our production floor. We guarantee your hats will be stitched and handed to the carrier within 3 business days.
The Rules of the Road:
- Starts at Approval: The clock starts the moment you green-light the design proof we send to your email.
- Business Days: We run our machines Monday–Friday. Orders approved on weekends start their 72-hour journey on Monday morning.
- Standard Shipping: Once they leave our hands, standard shipping times apply (though we always use the fastest ground routes from the Midwest).
